How to Request a Corporate Quote
1. Send a fleet brief. Email corporate@macuae.com with: number of Macs needed, target Mac family (Air / Pro / Mini / iMac), target spec (chip / RAM / storage), delivery timeline, pre-configuration requirements (MDM platform, software bundle), and any trade-in units you want to deduct.
2. Receive a quote within one business day. Includes per-unit pricing, total before / after trade-in, delivery timeline, warranty terms, and pre-configuration scope.
3. PO + delivery. We accept PO + bank transfer (Net-30 on approved accounts), credit card up to AED 50,000, or cash on delivery for orders below AED 100,000.

What's the minimum order size for corporate Mac orders?
Five Macs. Below five units, you're better served buying through our retail channel — pricing is similar but the corporate procurement paperwork (TRN VAT invoice, multi-unit warranty, MDM enrollment) only kicks in at five units or more. There is no maximum — we've supplied orders of 80+ Macs for media production agencies and DIFC financial firms.
Can MacUAE pre-configure Macs before delivery?
Yes. We do clean macOS installs, enroll Macs into your company's MDM (Jamf, Mosyle, Kandji, Microsoft Intune), install your standard software bundle (Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro, etc.), set local admin accounts, and apply your company branding to the login screen. Pre-configuration is AED 75 per Mac for the first 10 units, free above 10. Add 2–3 business days to your delivery timeline.
Do you provide TRN VAT invoices?
Yes. Every corporate order ships with a UAE FTA-compliant tax invoice including our TRN, your TRN, line items per Mac with serial numbers, 5% VAT broken out, and full company billing details. Invoices are issued in AED by default; USD invoicing available on request for free-zone companies billing internationally.
What's the warranty on bulk Mac orders?
MacUAE's standard 90-day warranty applies per unit. For orders over 20 Macs, we extend this to a 12-month MacUAE warranty at no extra cost. Apple's manufacturer warranty (where remaining) applies in parallel. We also offer optional 24-month extended warranty plans starting at AED 449 per Mac.
How fast can you deliver 20+ Macs?
Stock-permitting, 48–72 hours from PO. We carry rolling stock of 60–120 verified used Macs across MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and Mac Mini lines. For orders requiring specific configs (e.g., all 16 GB / 512 GB MacBook Air M2 in Space Grey), allow 5–10 business days while we source the units. Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE for orders above AED 25,000.
Can we trade in our old company Macs as part of the order?
Yes — this is a major reason finance departments prefer MacUAE over Apple Business. We pay fair market value for your retiring Macs, deduct it from the new-order total on a single invoice, and handle wipe + Activation-Lock removal on the trade-in fleet. A typical 20-Mac refresh sees AED 30,000–60,000 deducted from the new order via trade-in.
