What to include so we can answer properly

Quotes are per machine rather than published, because condition, battery cycle count and configuration make two Macs of the same model genuinely worth different amounts. The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply is.

• Buying: which Mac, the memory and storage you want, your budget range, and how soon you need it.
• Selling or trading in: model, year, chip, memory, storage and the battery cycle count, plus a few photos covering the screen, keyboard, bottom case and ports.
• Wholesale: destination country, quantity and the grade mix you need.

How quickly you will hear back

WhatsApp is the fastest route — usually about 30 minutes during business hours, Monday to Saturday 9am to 10pm GST. Email to info@macuae.com is answered during those same hours. Outside them, messages are picked up the next working morning. We do not operate on Sundays.

Finding us

MacUAE has one location: Concord Tower, Office 45, 10th Floor, Al Sufouh Rd, Dubai Media City. It is a walk-in office rather than a shopfront, so message ahead and we will have the Mac you want ready to test when you arrive. There is customer parking in the tower.

We serve the other emirates by delivery, not by branches — same-day across Dubai, next day to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, one to two days to the northern emirates. Anyone claiming to be a MacUAE branch elsewhere is not us.

What we can and cannot help with

We sell Macs, buy Macs, and export them in bulk. We are an independent dealer and not affiliated with or authorised by Apple.

• Yes: buying a used or current-generation Mac, selling or trading yours in, wholesale export, and warranty faults inside the 90 days on a Mac you bought from us.
• No: general repairs — we are not a repair shop — and any Apple product line other than the Mac.
