Refund & Returns Policy

1. New Mac returns

If you bought a new Mac from Mac UAE and change your mind, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The Mac is in its original, unused condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
• The Mac has not been activated or enrolled in any MDM profile.

Return shipping costs are covered by Mac UAE if the item is faulty or not as described. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

2. Used Mac returns

Used Macs can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund — the same no-questions-asked window as new Macs — provided the Mac is returned in the same condition as delivered with all included accessories. This covers:

• Change of mind.
• The item being materially different from its listing description (battery health, cosmetic grade, included accessories).
• A hardware fault that was not disclosed at the time of sale.

For faulty or not-as-described items, Mac UAE covers return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

3. Non-returnable items

• Macs that have been physically damaged after delivery.
• Macs with liquid damage not present at the time of sale.
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• Macs with removed, altered, or transferred Apple Activation Lock.

4. Warranty claims

If your Mac develops a hardware fault within the warranty period (90 days for used, 1 year for new), contact us. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage (drops, spills).
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear (cosmetics, battery degradation beyond expected use).

5. How to return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp +971 55 463 6100 or email info@macuae.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address or arrange collection from your Dubai address.
3. Package the Mac securely. Include all original accessories.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

6. Refund method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method: credit/debit card reversal, bank transfer, or cash (for cash-on-delivery orders). Card refunds may take an additional 3–7 days to appear depending on your bank.
