How long does Mac delivery take in Dubai and across the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Same-day delivery is available within Dubai for orders confirmed before 2 PM on business days. UAE-wide delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain takes 1–3 business days. You can also pick up for free from our office at Concord Tower, Office 45, Dubai Media City — Monday to Saturday, 9am–10pm.

Is Mac delivery really free from macuae.com?

Accepted Answer

Yes — delivery is free on all orders over AED 500, which covers every Mac in our catalogue. Below AED 500 (accessories only), there is a flat AED 25 delivery fee. Same-day express delivery within Dubai is available for an additional AED 50. Pickup from our Dubai Media City office is always free with no minimum order.

Can I track my Mac order from macuae.com?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Visit the Orders page and enter the email address you used at checkout to see live status: Processing → Dispatched → Out for Delivery → Delivered. For same-day Dubai deliveries, we also send a live courier tracking link by WhatsApp message so you can follow the driver in real time.

Do you deliver Macs on weekends in the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes — standard delivery runs Saturday across all 7 emirates. Friday delivery is available for same-day orders within Dubai from after 4pm only. Sunday there is no courier delivery, but you can collect in person from our Dubai Media City office by appointment. WhatsApp +971 55 463 6100 on Sunday to arrange a pickup time.

What if I am not home when the Mac courier arrives in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

The courier will call or WhatsApp you before arrival. If you are unavailable, we reschedule for the next business day at no extra charge. After two failed delivery attempts, the Mac is held at our Dubai Media City office for 7 days for free pickup. We never return to stock without contacting you first.

Is cash on delivery available for Macs in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cash on delivery is available within Dubai for orders up to AED 10,000, which covers the majority of Macs in our catalogue. For orders above AED 10,000 (such as high-spec Mac Pro or Mac Studio), payment is by card or bank transfer. COD is not available for deliveries outside Dubai — UAE-wide orders outside Dubai require advance card payment.

Can macuae.com deliver a Mac Studio or Mac Pro tower in the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver all Mac models including the Mac Studio and Mac Pro tower. Larger units are packed in reinforced double-wall cartons with foam padding. Due to their weight and size, Mac Pro tower deliveries within the UAE take 2–3 business days and may require a ground-floor or building-lobby handover. Do you deliver Macs outside the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes — macuae.com ships to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) and wholesale export to Nigeria and other African markets. What packaging is used for Mac deliveries from macuae.com?

Accepted Answer

All Macs are packed in the original Apple retail box (where available) or a custom MacUAE protective box with foam inserts, anti-static wrap, and a tamper-evident seal. MacBooks are additionally wrapped in bubble wrap. The delivery box is unmarked from the outside for security — no branding indicating valuable electronics inside.

What happens if my Mac arrives damaged from delivery?

Contact us on WhatsApp +971 55 463 6100 or by phone within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. macuae.com covers all transit damage — we will either replace the unit or arrange a full refund. You do not need to argue with the courier company; we handle the claim on your behalf. This is separate from the 14-day return window for change-of-mind returns.

Can I change my delivery address after placing a Mac order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp +971 55 463 6100 immediately after placing the order to request an address change. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect the courier. For same-day Dubai orders, you must confirm the address change before the morning cutoff.

Does macuae.com offer bulk or corporate delivery across the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For corporate orders of 5 or more Macs, we coordinate staged delivery to multiple office locations across the UAE — or deliver all units in one shipment to a central receiving point.
