Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original factory-sealed packaging.

2. Eligibility

• Original factory-sealed packaging intact
• All accessories and documentation included
• Proof of purchase (order number)
• Not activated or registered to any Apple ID

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or activated Apple devices
• Items with physical damage or misuse
• Missing original packaging or accessories
• Software, gift cards, digital products
• Items marked Final Sale

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the credit.

6. Exchanges

Defective items are exchanged free of charge. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

7. Apple Warranty

All Apple devices carry the standard Apple warranty. For hardware faults discovered after the 14-day return window, please contact Apple Support directly or visit an authorized Apple service provider in the UAE.
